Linda R. Devine

Linda Ruth (Weber) Devine, age 59 passed away peacefully at home in Onalaska July 31, 2024. She was born in La Crosse, September 28, 1964, to Sharon (Clark) and Leo Weber. Linda married Greg Devine, June 14, 1997 at her mother’s backyard. 

Linda loved spending time with her eight grandchildren (and one more on the way soon), traveling everywhere, watching the Packers, family camping in Warrens, and a nice glass of wine.

Linda is survived by her husband of 27 years, Gregory, six children; Mark (Stacy) Butenhoff, Matthew (Christina) Weber, Matt (Jessica) Devine, Ben (Kelly) Devine, Sarah (Ryan) Tackes, and Jessica Devine, grandchildren; McKenna and Sophie Butenhoff, Gabrielle Weber, Cooper and Sawyer Devine, Louis Devine, and Madyson and Wendell Tackes, two sisters; Mary (Mike) Happel and Theresa Bilskemper, one brother; Dan (Cindi) Weber, stepmother; Marlene Weber and mother-in-law; Mary Devine. She is further survived by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Linda is preceded in death by her father; Leo Weber, mother; Sharon Bakkum, stepfather; Woody Bakkum and father-in-law; Frank Devine.

A Visitation will be held Friday, August 9, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Blaschke & Schneider Funeral Home, 1501 West Ave. South, La Crosse. Interment will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in La Crosse following the Visitation.
